Good golly Miss Molly.

I can’t believe its been almost a year since I added this blog or updated it. That’s about to change.

I’ve just returned from Dragon Con in Atlanta. I had a wonderfull time, bought many great products and got some great audio as well.

I also brought a cold back with me, but, eh.

I met and interviewed Aaron Williams, creator of Nodwick and PS238 and I got to try some new boardgames. The one I didn’t get to try was Humans!!! by Twilight Creations, the folks that brought you Zombies!!! and When Darkness Falls. Its a humourous twist on Zombies!!! in that now you actually play a zombie, trying to chomp as many folks as quick as you can.

I’m having a hard time drawing in my players into making the gaming group OUR gaming group.

For a large part, its so far seemed like MY gaming group: I schedule the sessions, I select the game, I GM the game, etc.

I’m not sure how to open it up and get them deeper into the game.

Today I put up part 3 of the first game session we recorded. Also, sadly, this session is where I lose my patience with two players. Both were rather unresponsive to my Roleplaying overtures and I over-reacted. I should have stopped the game and talked to them instead of getting caught up.

Well, I just added part 2 of my first recorded play session to the site. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
